Image
The issue is out, published by Canadian Woman Studies. I thought I knew Feminism since I was there for the revolution in the 60’s but I am learning new things. For example: a grassroots practice called Totines in Dakar, Senegal by Francesa Lulli, a new look at “My body my choice” after Roe by Faith Van Horne, and Rematriating Society by Sherri Mitchell- Weh ‘Na Ha’ My Kwasset just to name a few thought-provoking writers with ideas in this issue. I am proud that my poem ‘You Can Have Babies’ is also published in this issue. Stay tuned for more as I continue reading and learning.
