About the book: Find Your Soul in Your Heart. I finally got a chance to finish my summer reading list. This book was a pleasant surprise. The lessons on meditation are very good. I was enlightened to how they can make me feel. There is much wisdom in the mantras. Thank you, Hilary Bowring.
